• After first contact and a free quote by Dave or Bertie has been carried out, if necessary, then an email will be sent to you with our recommendations, and personalised quotes. There may be different options to give you different ideas. Once you are happy with the quote and you're happy to proceed, we will finalise a booking.
• A deposit of $50 is required to confirm your booking for consultations & pruning tutorials. 
• An invoice for a deposit will be sent prior for you to sign electronically to agree to our terms and conditions, and that you are happy with what to expect. If you are unsure of anything, please don't hesitate to contact us.
• Final invoices will be sent after the work has been completed. Please note, that if anything extra is added on the day, or last minute, then we may not be able to accommodate it in the time but will happily discuss or book in another time. Extra charges may be required for further work. We will communicate with you to keep everyone on the same page!
• We will always get confirmation from you before we proceed.
• An email may be sent with a questionnaire, if applicable, to complete before our visit. It would be helpful for you to complete but any queries we can discuss when we meet,  or email Dave or Bertie prior with any questions. Contact details will be on the invoice/email sent to you.
• In the event of cancelation, changes or postponement, please let us know at least 48 hours before your booking. You can rebook or make changes without losing your deposit. Any late cancelations (under 48 hours) will need to pay another deposit to rebook, unless there is an exceptional circumstance. We are human so we understand life is unpredictable, but we also run a family business!

This Gift Certificate expires 12 months after the date of purchase.

This Gift certificate entitles you to a one-time service at Kernow Trees & Edible Gardens for the service described.

This certificate is not refundable and cannot be returned or redeemed for cash or credit

This Gift Certificate is to be used only by the individual to whom it is issued

Terms and conditions of this certificate are subject to change and are available on our website

PLEASE NOTE: * Travel is included up to 60km round trip, from our business address in Te Awamutu. An additional cost of 95c/km applies for travel >60km. A separate Xero invoice request will be sent via email after booking if additional travel is applicable. We use google maps to estimate our travel distance. Thanks for your understanding. 

Pruning waste is left on site and not removed, removed will come at extra cost to dispose of. 

Garden waste is left on site, unless specified and will incur extra cost.

If soil amendments such as compost or potting mix, is required, please purchase beforehand, otherwise let us know and we can source it and invoice you directly. 

A questionnaire will be sent when the gift recipient has made contact. This helps us optimise our time on site, bring any extra supplies, and any other questions they may have. The Gift Voucher recipient can contact us directly to make a booking at a suitable time.

 We collect personal information from you, including information about your: name contact information We collect your personal information in order to: do something directly related to the business. Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter a certain type of information, we'll be unable to provide certain services. We keep your information safe by storing it in encrypted files and only allowing certain staff access .  You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. We would appreciate payment within 7 days of the invoice date .

All overdue accounts may incur a late payment fee.

Overdue accounts will be referred to a debt collection agency for recovery and you will be liable for the debt collection costs this could include any legal costs.  The debt collection agency may provide such default information to other parties not limited to credit reporting companies who may use that information for their clients. Furthermore the debt collection agency may load a credit default with a credit reporting company.
